Introducing the Copilot Readiness Dashboard

The Copilot Readiness Dashboard gives you a complete picture of your tenant's governance posture before deploying Microsoft Copilot. It consolidates 13 readiness signals into one score, helping you track progress, surface blockers, and operationalize governance improvements.

Beacon 2.0 Enhancements

Beacon - the lightweight version of Orchestry - now includes full workspace and guest reporting, which was previously only available in full Orchestry deployments.
 
What's included:
  • Full workspace dashboard and reports (teams, sites, and communities).
  • Full guest dashboard and reports.
  • Sharing Links and Broken Inheritance reporting.
  • Copilot Readiness Dashboard (new).
These enhancements allow partners to deliver stronger tenant assessments, uncover governance gaps, and build advisory services with confidence—all while keeping the cost and friction low.

Now Available to All Customers

Several powerful features from our June 2025 Release are now available to ALL customers:
 
  • Enhanced Reporting: Complete workspace management experience with risk ratings, workspace insights, consolidated policies view, and bulk-level actionability.
  • Sharing Links Reporting (requires Content App): Comprehensive audit and cleanup capabilities for all shared links across your Microsoft 365 tenant.
  • Broken Inheritance Detection (requires Content App): Identify folder-level permission overrides that bypass workspace-level security settings.
  • Complete Workspace Review Capabilities: All four enhanced review types: sensitivity label verification, privacy checks, search & Copilot visibility settings, and sharing links management.

Improvements & Optimizations

Enhanced Metadata Performance for Large Tenants

We've completely redesigned how Orchestry handles large term stores to support enterprise-scale customers. The new approach loads metadata hierarchically (one level at a time) instead of attempting to retrieve entire term stores at once, dramatically improving performance for organizations with complex taxonomies.

Improved Archive Status Accuracy

Enhanced workspace archive status handling to ensure more reliable lifecycle management and prevent workflow conflicts. This improvement provides cleaner separation between Microsoft 365 native archive actions and Orchestry-managed archival processes.
