Guest Management Dashboard Overview
In this article, learn how to navigate the Guest dashboard in Orchestry.
The Guest dashboard provides an up-to-date overview of all the guests within your Microsoft 365 tenant and serves as a summary sitting above the long list of deeper guest insight reports that surface this data in more detail.
Breakdown of the Guest Dashboard
The dashboards are broken down into various sections and metrics.

| 1. Metrics |
These tiles are summaries of various Guest Insight reports available in Orchestry. To view the associated report, click on the icon on the top-right corner of a tile. |
| 2. Guest Lifecycle Status | Each tile is a count of guests at different stages of a guest lifecycle in Orchestry. Click on the icon on the top-right corner of the tile to view the associated report. |
| 3. Guests Overview | Graphical representations of guests that have been added and deleted from your tenant over a period of time. You can change the scope of the data to view data over the past 7 days, 28 days or 365 days. The 'Redemption Status' chart shows how many guests have accepted their workspace invitations, how many are pending approval, and how many have not redeemed their invite. |
| 4. Export and Insights Reports |
On the top-right corner of the Dashboards page, you can export the data into an Excel file if you wish to keep a local record, or do further analysis. The Insights button will launch a window showing all available Guest Insight Reports. |
