Disabling Guest Management Features
In this article, learn how to disable guest management in Orchestry
Following the general availability of the new major release, which includes the Guest Management features, Orchestry administrators will see a prompt upon their first visit to app.orchestry.com.
If, for whatever reason, you choose you wish to withdraw the new features from your users, after configuring (and even using) the features for some time, there is a sequence we recommend you follow. See the next section for details.
Recommended Removal Steps
As discussed above, should you wish to disable Guest features after having used them for a time, we recommend the steps in the following order:
- Remove any Guest Policies set as Defaults (Guest Management > Guest Settings)

- Remove Guest Policies attached to any Workspace Templates (Workspace > Templates)

- Remove Guest Policies attached to any Workspaces (Lifecycle > Insights)

- Disable the Guest Management Feature (Settings > Installation)
