Last updated: August 21, 2026

Orchestry's Guest Management tools give admins visibility into who has guest access across the tenant, and policy-driven control over how guests are let in, reviewed, and eventually removed.

Guest Management in Orchestry is built around three areas: the dashboard and reports, guest lifecycle policies and settings.

Things to Consider

For organization unfamiliar with external sharing, it's recommended that you consult some preliminary reading on the subject, such as the articles below. We also will use this page to highlight some "gotchas" or things you may want to investigate, even for companies already using these features.

Guest Dashboard and Reports

The Guest Dashboard gives you a tenant-wide summary of guest accounts, and links out to the detailed Guest Reports for auditing, filtering, and taking action on individual accounts.

Guest Management Policies

Policies automate and control how guests move through their lifecycle:

Guest Settings

The 📄 Guest Management Settings page controls tenant-wide behavior — default policies, blocked/whitelisted domains, the inactivity threshold, and data export.
