Guest Management Policies
Policies automate and control how guests move through their lifecycle:
📄 Using a Guest Request Policy— controls how guests are requested and approved into a workspace
📄 Using a Guest Review Policy— enforces periodic reviews of existing guest access
📄 How to Design and Configure a Guest Delete Policy— automatically removes inactive or unredeemed guest accounts
Guest Settings
The 📄 Guest Management Settings page controls tenant-wide behavior — default policies, blocked/whitelisted domains, the inactivity threshold, and data export.
