All Guests:

All guests within your Azure AD instance.

Multi Access:

All guests with access to more than one Microsoft 365 group.

Unique Domains:

All unique domains from which existing guests originate.

Recommended for Deletion:

All guest accounts that may be candidates for deletion due to their status, access, or policy violations.

Access Violations:

All instances where guests currently exist in workspaces but violate current access rules.

No Access:

All guest accounts without access to a single Microsoft 365 group. Note: these users may still have access to other resources (e.g. a SharePoint Communication Site).

Active:

All guest accounts considered active based on your defined threshold.

Inactive:

All guest accounts considered inactive based on your defined threshold.

Recently Requested:

All guests that have been requested within the past 30 days.

Not Redeemed:

All guest accounts that have yet to redeem the invitation to collaborate in your Azure AD instance.

Pending Approval:

All guest accounts that have yet had their invitation approved to collaborate in your Azure AD instance.

Recently Renewed:

All guest accounts that have undergone a workspace review within the past 30 days.

Recently Deleted:

All guest accounts that have been deleted via Orchestry within the past 30 days.

Pending Review:

All guest accounts that have at least one pending workspace review.
