Are the items in the Workspace Directory security trimmed? Can users only see Teams or Sites that they have access to?
Items in the Workspace Directory are not security trimmed for the user. Everyone can see all items in the Workspace Directory.
If you do not want users to see a team or SharePoint site, you can remove it from the Directory by choosing an existing item in the Directory, selecting the 'Edit Item Metadata' option and then setting the 'Show In Directory' option to 'FALSE'.
How Often is the Workspace Directory Updated?
If the 'Import newly created teams and sites not created through Orchestry' option is enabled, then it will take up to 15 minutes for any newly created Sites or Teams to be imported.
