In addition to Viva Engage Provisioning, we wanted to ensure both your past and future Communities are captured and reflected within Orchestry's Workspace Dashboard and Insights.

Improvements

• Added support for Viva Engage Delegate Provisioning to work around the current limitations in the Microsoft Viva Engage API for customers with M365 Group Self Service disabled. For more information see:
  • Viva Engage Delegate Account Provisioning. No longer applicable as of October 2024
  • Disabling Native Self Service Provisioning
• Improved Viva Engage Directory support to correctly identify existing Engage Communities.
• Improved error logging for Viva Engage Provisioning to allow our team to better support customers.
• Updated the Date Format in the recently released Last Crawled element on the Workspace Details Page to align with other dates provided in Lifecycle.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where the Live Template Privacy was incorrectly overriding the privacy setting defined in the Template configuration.
• Fixed an issue where the target of the Live Template selector could no longer point to the correct workspace serving as Live Template.
• Fixed an issue where Two Step Archivals could incorrectly interpret a Workspace as awaiting archival if the approver had optionally elected to delete the workspace, rather than archive it using the standard First Step.
• Fixed an issue where the Group Welcome Email configuration was not getting applied correctly for Team Sites.
• Fixed an issue where Workspace logos were sometimes not getting saved correctly during provisioning and not getting correctly during the nightly scan.
• Fixed a Viva Engage provisioning error that could sometimes occur during the membership phase of provisioning.
• Fixed a front end error affecting a select few customers when making multiple provisioning requests.
