Health Check PDF Download Feature
We know that sometimes, nothing beats a PDF. Whether you need it for a hard copy, or simply for ease of re-sharing outside of the Orchestry platform, we always intended for Health Checks to be available as PDFs for download.
Beginning today, all new Health Checks will now automatically queue the processing of a corresponding Health Check PDF. A great deal of effort has been made to ensure the PDF maintains proper formatting, breaks nicely across pages without splitting sections, and is easily readable on other devices.
Look for the new DOWNLOAD button in your Health Checks to easily access the PDF:
Other Notes on Health Check PDFs
- Saved changes made to a Health Check will generate an updated PDF file within an hour of the edits.
- All Health Check PDFs are stored within your tenant, on the Orchestry SharePoint Site Collection so you can retain them indefinitely.
Improvements
- Recommendations Link to Report: We've heard feedback that it was not always obvious that the link to an Orchestry report was only available within the Resolve menu of a recommendation. To improve this user experience, we've created a new button that is visible from any expanded Recommendation, when a related Orchestry report is available.
For Beacon customers, the 'View Orchestry Report button will be visible but disabled.
- Recommendations Recently Launched: We've added a visual callout to any recommendations that the Orchestry team has just launched.

- Viva Engage Provisioning: Orchestry no longer requires a delegate user account to provision Viva Engage communities in tenants that have disabled self-service (of M365 Groups). In the coming weeks you will see us removing references to the delegate account. If your Orchestry application is up to date, you may go ahead and delete this delegate account if it was only serving this purpose.
- Changing Language from Insights to Reports: As we begin to move Orchestry towards a new design system, we have rethought the information architecture for the application to make it simpler and more intuitive to use. One of those changes involving pivoting away from the word 'Insights' to instead be simply 'Reports'.
Not only is this more obvious to new users, it also liberates the word "Insights" for a new important function in the Orchestry platform. Stay tuned!
Bug Fixes
- Sharing Link Reporting: Fixed an issue where stray commas from the Microsoft CSV were causing the Orchestry parsing to become offset, causing incorrect values to be reported for Sharing Links (e.g., Anonymous Links created).
