These enhancements were released on November 3rd, 2025

Provisioning Improvements

  • Simplified Name Validation: Workspace name checks will no longer be blocked by completed requests. Only requests that are In Progress or Pending Approval will prevent reuse. No need to archive provisioned requests to free up names.
  • Template Fix: Removed FormServerTemplates from PnP Extract to avoid unnecessary errors when cloning Live Templates.
  • Property Bags: A new feature flag is available for customers who need Property Bags applied during provisioning.  The default position is OFF, but Orchestry Admins can change it from the 'Installation' page.

NOTE:  You MUST enable this feature flag to continue permitting Property Bags to be applied during provisioning.

Version History Purging

  • Enhanced Logging: Events now show when a purging job starts and completes, including source, targeted libraries, and storage saved.
