Sharing Link Reporting (Coming Soon!)
Orchestry’s new content crawling engine brings comprehensive reporting about shared content to every workspace. Iterating workspace by workspace, the Orchestry content analysis engine will reveal all sharing links created in every workspace - and not just back 180 days - but every single link that currently exists. In addition, we will provide easy and actionability to let admins delete links at scale.
Bug Fixes
- Provisioning Workspace Description: Fixed an issue where the Workspace Description field could be populated with more than 1024 characters, breaking the provisioning process. It will not longer be possible to provide a description longer than this maximum value.
- Workspace Review Policy Deletion: Fixed an issue preventing a Workspace Review Policy from being deleted when a workspace that had been archived, was still associated with the policy. These policies can now be deleted.
- Workspace Review Confirm Membership: Fixed an issue where the header of the Confirmation page was misleading.
- Workspace Provisioning with unresolved users: Fixed an issue causing provisioning jobs to fail when a user account provided in the workspace membership could not be resolved.
- Workspace Review Helper Text Reversion: Fixed an issue where re-saving a policy could sometimes cause the customized helper text to be reverted to the boilerplate.
- My Tasks Email: Fixed an issue where Classic Outlook was rendering two buttons in the Orchestry task email, rather than one.
