As always the Orchestry team is working hard to ensure that you are getting the latest and greatest features from the platform! This month we have another great set of features, improvements and bug fixes to help you get more out of the platform.

Bug Fixes
- Workspace Templates that have a Preservation Hold Library will no longer fail
- Site Picker in Orchestry admin should now find all sites and teams
- Various spelling errors have been fixed
- Bulk Workspace archiving has now been improved
- Ordering of Workspaces for users has now been corrected
- Users can no longer add a Guest during the provisioning process if this has been explicitly disabled
- Various improvements in the Orchestry ETL process for Insights
Improvements
Show when a retention policy is blocking Orchestry Lifecycle Features
Many customers use retention policies to stop the deletion of content in SharePoint. Since our Lifecycle management features typically delete content we will now show this to provide you with more insight.
Channels marked as hidden are now shown correctly
Any channels that are marked as hidden or shown in a Live Template will now be copied over correctly:

EDU Features
Orchestry now has additional capabilities for customers that are running in an education setting including support for the EDU templates, static provisioning of Class, Professional Learning Committee and Staff templates and enhanced capabilities for Live Templates for EDU.
New Insight Report - Workspace Customizations
A brand new Insight Report is now available called the Workspace Customizations report. Now you can easily see any additional customizations that you have made to Workspaces including additional Channels, Tabs, Libraries, Lists, Pages and if the homepage has been customized.
If you want to know if your users are actually using the capabilities in Microsoft 365 by adding customizations then this is the report for you.
New Insight Report - Content Breakdown
The Content Breakdown report helps you understand what content exists in your Workspaces including documents, pages, list items and group conversations.
