Workspace Reviews: Improved Experience on Smaller Screens
 
Workspace Reviews have seen impressive adoption, and we've been hard at work actioning your feedback. One of the most common pain points was undesirable behavior when completing reviews on smaller monitors.
 

We've made a number of improvements to the Workspace Review experience, including:

  • Overlapping buttons are now hidden appropriately on narrower screens

  • UI elements flex correctly when the browser or screen is resized

  • The Next button is now more visible and accessible throughout the review process

  • Detailed views like the Membership Review table have been reworked to be much easier to action on smaller displays

Updates to Orchestry Support and Knowledge Base

Orchestry's support has moved to a new portal!  This new platform allows us to scale the quality of our support while continuing to provide you the same great experience.

What do you need to KNOW?

  • Access the support portal from https://support.orchestry.com
  • New password-less login.  Codes are sent to your inbox making sign-ins fast and secure
  • Your open and closed support tickets will be migrated into the new portal.  Past tickets may not appear in the portal immediately.
  • You can still create tickets by emailing support@orchestry.com

What do you need to DO?

  • Please whitelist the @usepylon.com domain

Other Improvements

Localization for OneDrive and My Tasks

We've added localization support for the My OneDrive tab and the OneDrive Review Wizard, as well as the My Tasks experience. These areas of Orchestry will now respect your configured language preferences.

Workspace Reviews: Metadata Step Reordered

Based on customer feedback, the Metadata Validation step in Workspace Reviews now appears before the Recommend Archival step. This ensures workspace metadata is reviewed and updated before any archival decisions are made.

My Tasks: Orphaned Task Cleanup

We've introduced automatic and user-initiated cleanup for orphaned tasks. If a task was left behind due to a deleted or completed review, it will now be cleaned up automatically — or you can trigger the cleanup yourself from the My Tasks page.

Export Functionality for License Management Reports

You can now export data from several License Management reports, making it easier to analyze licensing data in tools like Excel or Power BI:

  • Licensing Overview report

  • Unassigned Licenses report

  • Inactive & Disabled Users reports

 

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a table layout regression in Workspace Review listings where a hidden column was visible and content was not stretching correctly

  • Fixed an issue where Platform Admins were unable to download Health Check reports

  • Fixed an issue where updated site URLs were not reflecting in the Workspace Directory

  • Fixed an issue where provisioning webhooks were missing owners and members

  • Fixed an issue where updating a template could remove its naming convention when the naming policy hadn't changed

  • Fixed an issue where multiple clicks on a slow-responding provisioning button could trigger duplicate workspace requests

  • Fixed an issue where the OneDrive Link Scanning toggle would reset to Disabled

  • Fixed an issue with the Classification & Sensitivity Label toggle not saving correctly

  • Fixed an issue where provisioning from a live template on non-English SharePoint sites could add extra libraries

  • Fixed an issue where clearing metadata in the WSR Metadata Step using the MMD Picker was skipped

  • Fixed an issue where deleted workspaces could reappear in the Workspace Directory

  • Fixed an issue where Sharing Links statistics were not updating after link deletion

  • Fixed an issue where the "Workspaces with no Sensitivity Labels" report export was not working

  • Fixed an issue where enabling sensitivity labels could fail

  • Fixed an issue where the app could crash when adding a group to owners during provisioning

  • Fixed an issue where Guest Request metadata for State/Province was not being passed to Entra
