New Features

Show/Hide Metadata in Team Information Tab

We've had many requests to add more flexibility to the metadata capture and display within Orchestry. This is one of the first updates we wanted to roll out, the ability to hide certain pieces of metadata from users in the Team Information Tab.

Note: In case you missed it, we recently also rolled out the ability to toggle on/off the ability for Owner to edit the metadata from the Team Information Tab. This is a global setting, and more information can be found here.

Support for the /Teams Managed Path

We had a few customers using the /Teams Managed Path and while provisioning to this location was previously supported, our previews of URLs during Provisioning did not accurately reflect this. We've added coverage to ensure previews are working correctly based on whatever your tenant's default MP is set to.

We've also added the ability to search Insight reports by URL, it was not handling this scenario. We have now added this so it now supports both managed paths.

Support for the a Default Logo in a Workspace Template

Our Request Wizard allows requestors to input a Workspace logo when they make their request. We've had some feedback that it would be useful to add consistency by enforcing this logo across all requests of that type.

Improvements

  • Add Longer Intervals for Second Stage Archivals: Due to customer requests we've now added longer options for the second stage interval: 5 years, 7 years, 9 years, 10 years! If you missed it, we recently rolled out Two Step Archivals, for more information see here.

  • Add Guest Emails to All Guest Insight Exports: To help with better identifying unique Guests, we've added the Guest's email to all Guest Insight Exports, as well as the existing AAD Guide to help you know who you're dealing with!

  • Insight Search by URL Now Supports /Teams Managed Paths: We heard from some customers that they were using the /Teams managed path, rather than the default /Sites and when we recently rolled out the ability to search Insight reports by URL, it was not handling this scenario. We have now added this so it now supports both managed paths.
