Remove Shared Links from Inactive Users (Disabled or Deleted)
This enhancement allows Orchestry admins AND end users to quickly identify and clean up shared links created by accounts that are no longer active in Microsoft 365.
What’s improved:
- Orchestry now flags links created by disabled or deleted users
- Easily remove these links in one click, directly from workspace reviews
- Helps teams close security gaps left behind during offboarding
- Available across all M365 workspaces (except Classic Sites and OneDrive)
Where to find it:
In Workspace Reviews, end users (workspace owners) can directly delete links created from deleted and disabled user accounts:
Orchestry admins can directly delete links via in Smart Actions in the Workspace Details page:
See What’s Causing Broken Inheritance at a Glance
The Improved "Broken Inheritance" page (under Workspace Details) now includes a summary bar that shows whether broken inheritance is caused by unique permissions or sharing links—so you can take action faster.
