New Features
Disable Administrator Notifications for Provisioning
We had quite a few customers get annoyed with all the notifications that were being produced when provisioning was happen. In fact this was some common feedback:
Turns out customers ARE always right so we now have an option in Orchestry that can help with this :) If you go to Settings -> Notifications you can now disable notifications for Orchestry Administrators for provisioning jobs:
Improvements
- Web Hook Improvements: We have added a ton of additional logging and logic for our webhook functionality that will really help to understand what is going on.

- Blocked Words now support numbers: Previously we made a conscious choice to not block numbers in blocked words. Now that we have customers that have numbers in their name we have changed that :)
- Microsoft Office Tabs Support Improved: We have improved how we provision the Word, PowerPoint, Excel and PDF tabs to ensure that relative links work correctly.
- Support for delete 2 Stage Archival Workspaces: In some cases a Workspaces is deleted before Orchestry can try to get to the 2nd stage. Then we try to delete it, and its already delete, and we error. That is not ideal, so now we don't error and tell you what happened :)
- Fixing Issue with Published Content Types: Supporting Content Type Publishing has turned into a larger endeavor than we imagined but now we wont error if you have a published content type with a document template attached. The Workspace will provision at least.
- Archivals will fail IF copy is not successful: Very rarely the API that we use to copy over documents might miss a document or two depending on the size or type of content. Now we gracefully fail this archival job so that you dont get into a state whereby you delete your content.
We also give you a list of the documents that have not been moved over which is nice.
Bug Fixes
- Workspace Details Page Go Blank: Sometimes when you navigated to a Workspace details page it would go blank. This will happen no more.
- Disable Group Welcome Email option available on new templates: This option was missing when you created a new Workspace template. It would then appear if you edited the template causing boundless confusion.
- Account Page Goes Blank: Another blank page has also been fixed if you have wonky accounts in Orchestry.
- Cannot Edit Existing Archival Policy: Another small that caused the archival policy page to fail in certain situations.
- Notifications Email incorrect on Outlook Desktop: On older version of Outlook Desktop the Delete option was shown as Renew which was terribly confusing.
- Domains for Guests are all lower case: If you had different domains with different capitalization we wouldn't show it in our Guest Reports. Now we do.
