This month's deployment is all about bug fixes and improvements requested by customers.
New Features
Launch of Success Central
We've heard feedback that it could be easier to navigate to important Orchestry resources like our Knowledge Base, Help Desk, Idea Portal and easy to miss important announcements from our Product Team about new features and improvements.

Support Archival of Groupless or Retention-blocked Workspaces
We've heard feedback from many customers who have had their workspaces left in a "Groupless" state - most often caused when a Compliance Policy blocks the deletion of the SharePoint Site but allows the deletion of the remaining Group Objects attached to the Site. When workspaces are either in this Groupless state and/or there remains a Compliance policy blocking deletion, we will now allow Administrators to override the automatically applied "exclude from archivals" status and perform an archival.
In the case of an archival method that includes Deletion (i.e., Copy to SharePoint Archive or Delete methods), Orchestry will now attempt to delete all objects and if it encounters a compliance policy on the SharePoint site, will continue with the archival, log the workspace as "archived" and include new logging to call out that the SharePoint site was left behind.
Improvements
- Live Template Team Tab Retries: We have added support for multiple retries of each Teams channel tab. In the event of an intermittent error, the retries should re-attempt the task several more times before abandoning that particular tab.
- Improved Logging for User License Issues: We have added more detailed logging to aid in troubleshooting where a provisioning issue is encountered due to a missing user license.
Bug Fixes
- Guest Review Policies: Corrected issue where Guest Review policies were not correctly enforcing the removal of guests accounts from workspaces
- Guest Request Policies: Corrected issue where Guest Request policies were not correctly prompting for missing Guest Metadata when the policy required it.
- Custom Document Libraries in Live Templates: Corrected issue where Live Templates were unable to correctly provision Channel Tabs pointing to Custom Document Libraries
- Archival Webhooks: Corrected issue in Archival Webhooks where null values for some properties (TemplateName and TemplateID) were not being correctly handled in PowerAutomate.
- Disable Group Welcome Email Setting: Corrected issue where the Disable Group Welcome Email setting was not getting respected for Team Sites.
- Archival Notification Text: Corrected issue where custom notification text for Archivals was getting replaced by the stock text rather than custom configured text.
