Orchestry Updates for December 2025 | Part 1

Retrieval of Large Term Sets

For anyone who has a LOT of terms in their SharePoint Term store, Orchestry could take a long time to load them during a workspace request.  With this latest update, end users can now use the SEARCH bar to quickly locate a term without waiting for the entire list to load.

Note that manually searching the list still requires Orchestry to load the list, which can a few moments for large term stores.

Other Notable Fixes and Enhancements:

• The "Owners/Members/Guests" report has been renamed to the "Membership" report. 
• Classic sites now include workspace insights.
• Shared Channel details page now loads correctly.  You can view details of your private and shared channels via the 'Team Channel Sites" report
• Viva Engage template creation is working again.
• Fixed an issue where non group-connected SharePoint site's in the Directory were assigned the Viva Engage icon instead of a SharePoint icon.
• Fixed an issue where the 'Configure' page of the Orchestry installer showed empty values that needed to be manually completed.  Installer once again automatically adds the logged in user (the global admin) as the default value for all fields.
