Export More Workspace Details
We’ve added several new columns to the 'Workspace Details' report, giving you deeper insights into usage and configuration. All visible columns are included in the export so you can analyze the data in other tools, such as Excel or Power BI.

Deleted Workspaces are Now Visible in Reports
Orchestry no longer removes reporting data when a workspace is deleted in Microsoft 365. These workspaces are now preserved and tagged as DELETED, helping you maintain long-term visibility and audit history.
- Deleted workspaces are retained in Workspace Details
- Filter and search using the new Deleted status
- Helps with lifecycle tracking and compliance reviews
UPDATE: Microsoft 365 Archive Support Rollout
UPDATED 2025-AUG-19: the rollout of M365 Archive was paused to ensure the feature works as our customers expect. Rollout is expected to be completed by September 2025

UPDATE: Clearer Banner Logic for Deleted vs. Archived Workspaces
We’ve refined how lifecycle status is displayed in Workspace Details. You’ll now see a clearer distinction between workspaces deleted outside Orchestry and those archived via Orchestry policies.
