Dismiss a task from your My Tasks view

You can now remove an individual task from your own My Tasks list without affecting anyone else. Each task card has a new trash icon — clicking it (and confirming) clears that task from your view only.

Other people assigned to the same underlying item keep their copy, and the underlying work itself (an archival approval, workspace review, guest review, etc.) is untouched.

This change makes it easier to keep your personal task list focused on what's still relevant to you.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where the Classifications and Sensitivity Labels settings page could load endlessly when sensitivity labels had been enabled but had not yet finished propagating from Microsoft.

• Fixed an issue where the Possible Unnecessary Overlaps report displayed entries for products that were not enabled.
